The tradition that brings quality to the table

For four generation our family has been working on 33 hectares of land, partly intended for the cultivation of cereals for animals, another part of land destineted for the olive grove from which we obtain the extra vergin olive oil, udes in the kitchen of our farmhouse, while the last part of land is used for the seasonal vegetable garden.


Meat

Most of land is cultivated with field beans, corn and forage that ensure good nutrition to our cattle in the barn, lovingly cared by the head of the family, Antonio.

Olive Oil

In the our olive grove there are 380 olive trees. In the months of October and November our family is engaged in the harvesting of the olives which are brought daily to the mill where the pressing is carried out with the innovative cold extraction, a technology that allows to obtain a high quality oil.

Vegetables

Most of the vegetables used in our kitchen come from the garden that we take care regularly, so that you always have fresh and controlled products directly from the fields.
